CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be e-mailed to Jeannette Hunter by March 10, 2010. No telephone cancellations
will be accepted. There will be a $25 service charge per valid cancellation if received prior to 4:00 p.m. on March 10, 2010;
cancellations received after 4:00 p.m. on March 20 cannot be refunded. Registered no-shows will be billed.
